Welding fixtures
We offer welding fixtures designed according to customer requirements for the following technologies:
- resistance welding
- arc welding (such as MIG/MAG/TIG)
- laser welding
- welding press
For small series, we produce hand fixtures with manual clamping, which guarantee safe and ergonomic operation.
For series production, we supply fully automated fixtures for robotic and laser welding with pneumatic or hydraulic clamping. Part of the delivery is their integration into the welding cell. Thanks to many years of experience in the design of fixtures and technical sophistication in production and assembly, you will receive finished product from us as a complete service of the highest quality. At the customer’s request, we also produce prototype weldments.
Whole production is realized on a turnkey basis. We are able to provide the following services:

For pre-series and pilot production we offer prototype fixtures. We mainly cooperate with Škoda Auto in this area.
KOPR fixtures have intelligent clamping concepts to ensure high weld quality. Poka Yoke integrated systems and durable materials ensure a flawless welding process and precise weldment dimensions even in large series. All our products are designed and assembled in our facilities based in Czech republic and Slovakia.
