The use of a simulation program in the early phase of the project ensures that the functional and ergonomic requirements for the devices are met before the start of manufacturing process. The design and position of individual elements as well as the position of the robots can be optimized in the 3D model during the designing process.
For 3D control we use the measuring system Leica laser tracker AT 960 with T-probe, SW Polyworks.It is a mobile and portable coordinate measuring machine. It uses a high-precision and high-speed 3D laser interferometer and precise angle sensors.
