Fixtures for 3D laser cutting
We manufacture fixtures for 3D laser cutting machines from global manufacturers such as Prima Power or Trumpf, including their integration into the machine. In the last 5 years, we have delivered about 800 pieces of these products not only to Europe but also to other countries around the world.
Depending on the application, it is possible to choose from several types of fixture frame, either the ones designed by us or the standardized ones. However, for most fixtures we use a construction developed by KOPR, the advantage of our construction is the stiffness of the fixtures, lower weight and good falling off of a scrap. We use this type of frame for 90 percent of our production.
Automated cells
Our products also include partial or full automation for 3D laser cutting machines using one or more robots. We equip robotic cells with robots from the world’s leading manufacturers, most often from FANUC, ABB, KUKA, but also others.
