We have been on the market since 1992. We specialize in custom tailored activities primarily in the field of automotive as a supplier of manufacturing devices and tools, most often used for car body construction. We provide companies with complete turnkey manufacturing automation, starting from project planning, simulation and design to commissioning of the device. In the field of industrial automation, we mainly supply robotic cells, welding fixtures, single purpose machines and laser cutting fixtures. We are here for you, whether you need a simple fixture or an automated production line. All our products are designed and assembled in our facilities based in Czech republic and Slovakia.

Production lines

Automated production and assembly lines speed up the production process and reduce error rate. We offer a complete solution with regard to customer requirements. Our offer starts from simple production cells to complete production lines. We offer a possibility of integrating Bin picking technology.

Use of industrial robots to automate production is the most economical way to increase productivity while providing a high degree of reliability and flexibility. We offer robotic work cells designed according to customer requirements. For most of applications we use robots from FANUC, ABB and KUKA.

Welding fixtures

We offer welding fixtures for various welding technologies together with their integration into the welding cell. The range of supplies starts from fixtures with manual clamping to fully automated fixtures for robotic welding.

Single purpose machines

Depending on the products, materials used and individual operations, single-purpose or special machines can help increase the quality of production, its performance and thus overall profitability. For many years, our company has also been designing efficient single-purpose machines for customers in various industries.

Laser cutting fixtures

We supply fixtures for 3D laser cutting together with their integration into the machine. We also offer partial or full automation of 3D laser cutting machines using one or more robots.

From the general information about the project, provided by the customer, we create a layout and detailed plans of the device according to customer requirements.

The use of a simulation program in the early phase of the project ensures that the functional and ergonomic requirements for the devices are met before the start of manufacturing process. The design and position of individual elements as well as the position of the robots can be optimized in the 3D model during the designing process.

With our experience in the field of designing devices, we are able to solve even the most demanding tasks quickly and efficiently. Individual projects are managed by employees with long-term knowledge using the most modern CAD programs.

For 3D control in our laboratories we use the measuring systems Leica laser tracker AT 960 with T-probe, SW Polyworks and Hexagon Absolute Arm. We also provide a 3D measurement service to order.
