Planning
From the general information about the project, provided by the customer, we create a layout and detailed plans of the device according to customer requirements.
Simulation
The use of a simulation program in the early phase of the project ensures that the functional and ergonomic requirements for the devices are met before the start of manufacturing process. The design and position of individual elements as well as the position of the robots can be optimized in the 3D model during the designing process.
Design
With our experience in the field of designing devices, we are able to solve even the most demanding tasks quickly and efficiently. Individual projects are managed by employees with long-term knowledge using the most modern CAD programs.
3D measurement
For 3D control in our laboratories we use the measuring systems Leica laser tracker AT 960 with T-probe, SW Polyworks and Hexagon Absolute Arm.
We also provide a 3D measurement service to order.
